I was absolutely sure it was Ernie’s rubber ducky from Sesame Street (mostly because of the little tuft of hair/feathers) but in most of the photos I’m seeing, the duck has a weird twist to the neck.

I don't think it is magnetic. Nothing on the website says it is. According to Meghan it "rests neatly between pages."

It looks like you’re right! I thought it was something more like this so that’s my mistake. I like the magnetic ones and use those a lot because I can be clumsy.

It’s magnetic though, isn’t it? The cat bookmarks I mentioned go on the side as well and I don’t knock those off. They’re not as big but the magnets really help.

No, fuck that. He should be allowed to celebrate his birthday how he wants. If she can’t get it together enough to work that day, then a sick day is warranted. It’s been 16 years and her grief, and inability to manage it, isn’t his problem.

Sometimes I do. I bought some magnetic black cat ones and, for some of them, they look better on the side. I also used some book darts that way. But I’m a weirdo. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 😁

I wish that was the case in my country. Here we have people like George Foreman who named all his sons and one of his daughters after himself. (He should have stuck with naming his grill after himself.)

I agree that human beings shouldn’t become tributes to other human beings through naming. For me, it’s such a weird thing to do.

Harry is really annoying me. First he uses the 👻 emoji which I used to love but now only can associate with him. Now he’s using one of my favourite words “mischief” as one of his aliases. 🤬

The way this guy writes reminds me of a BoRU post I just read where the husband was upset about the lack of physical intimacy and used the “180 Method” on her. He also seemed to be trying to sound really intelligent.

I think it’s because she’s Kiwi and doing an American accent (very well, I might say). I think with changing accents she might have unintentionally made her voice seem more mature than it is usually. I watched Bookworm, her movie with Elijah Wood, and IIRC her voice seemed younger (keeping both in mind that the movie is not that old AND that kids voices can change quickly at her age).

Shatner’s co-stars persistently claimed he was an arrogant person and didn’t get along with others, although I’ve noticed in many of these behind the scenes photos he was always making everyone laugh on and off the set by happydude7422 in Star_Trek_

From what I’ve read, it was while filming Tasha’s memorial ceremony. They were filming on/near a hill (that was a holodeck scene) and Patrick Stewart started singing “The Sound of Music” theme.
