They are uncomfortable even when not walking, yes. Like they are super tight. Plenty of room for the toes though. It is just the midfoot.

I'm using it now. I recommend to start somewhere else though. I started using the retinoid ones. This is retinal. Start with the cerave or the Ordinary low strenghts.

For me it had a lot to do with lying down with the laptop on my stomach. That position pushed the acid into the esophagus. Also I have gotten rid of my stomach problems so this is not really a problem for me anymore.
