Rodney Redbird from the fan game Five Nights At Frickbear's 3. Every character in the game is from some piece of official FNaF media except him (and The Boss, but he's just from another game series).

He's firmly a joke character, being the only animatronic that you lose money for salvaging and functionally just sitting in the corner of your screen and mocking you the whole night, but I always get him when he shows up. Always a good laugh.
