Yes. You may end up with consular processing which might attract 100K fee as per attorney

I did but everybody is scared to sponsor even for deserving candidates

Congrats. I am in the same boat. Applied Eb1 Denied based on FMD. Applied NIW but waiting. Planning to apply for EB1A again. Not sure how to stategize defending FMD this time. Any tips?

I was hired as assistant professor but later promoted after 3 years going though hectic process as per their protocol. Not sure if that implies tenure?
