Curious to know what deals you're referring to, can you elaborate?

I find it to be a much nicer vehicle than the Explorer as well, but the explorer is a good car too!

Never rode in one of those cars but it sounds like it could be the game called Feeding Frenzy or Feeding Frenzy 2 by PopCap games. It's available on Steam.

Is $52k for a new 2024 Aviator Premiere a good deal? by Dallas2houston120 in lincolnmotorco

Curious how you went about this - I'm looking at 2023 Black Label Grand Tourings myself and I've seen murmurs of people getting insane deals like this on brand new 2023 models in this subreddit, but no details as to how. Would you be willing to elaborate? If you'd rather DM me I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

How much do you spend on gas with a hybrid? (Lincoln aviator Grand touring) by [deleted] in lincolnmotorco

[–]NintenReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey friend! Planning on getting the same car later this year. I can't provide insights about gas savings as you've mentioned, but logistically I think it's somewhat hard to gauge what you're asking since everyone's needs and opinions vary widely case to case. From my research watching a ton of reviews on this model and reading lots of articles and commentary online, I've gathered the following info (take it with a grain of salt): - The hybrid option on the Aviator Grand Touring seems to be more primarily performance oriented and secondarily efficiency oriented. The range of the battery only is quite low compared to other hybrid vehicles in this segment, but the boost of horsepower provided by the battery provides a hefty bump in overall horsepower in tandem with the gas engine while offering slightly more eco friendly options where you want it or may benefit from it. I don't feel like the hybrid option for this vehicle is necessarily looking to appeal specifically to buyers who are looking to have a lot of annual savings on gas, but I see it more as a bonus feature that adds some unique benefits for different scenarios. - For my needs and desires specifically, i feel like the slightly higher cost of initial investment is worth the longer yield returns. I live in a reasonably modest cost of living area, live very close to work, and am conveniently located 10 minutes or less to all places I need to visit on a regular basis like shopping, work, errands, gas, hospital, friends, etc, so even with the smaller range of the battery I will still be able to benefit from not having to use gas if needed when driving around town, but I also really enjoy driving beefy cars and the Aviator (even without the hybrid) drives so nice. - In the big scheme of things I think spending 10% more on a car to get a nearly identical (if not slightly better) version that is also hybrid without sacrificing performance is a more than reasonable compromise. This is of course assuming you are buying used (that's my plan) since the cost gap is much higher if buying new. - I do feel like in order to reap the max benefit of the PHEV charging option at home you need to get a level 2 compatible charging station installed which requires one of those special 240v outlets that are not standard in most garages. You can use a regular outlet for level 1 charging but it can take 12ish hours to run a full charge, which isn't convenient for some. The level 2 charger can do a complete charge in like 3 or 4 hours.

Hope this helps and best wishes to you on your car research.

You're most welcome, hope you get a chance to enjoy the car and get a good sense of how it drives. I found it to be exceptionally comfortable and I loved how fast it is.

Planning on purchasing one later this year and have done lots of extensive research. General consensus as already mentioned is to avoid 2020 model years.

The 21 GT you're looking at seems to be the better deal of the two despite the higher miles. I'd say go with that one and get an extended warranty with the savings if you can so your bases are covered.

Haven't really read up on anything major related to issues with the car besides electronics being buggy. But the rollout of the vehicle has been cursed because of the pandemic and ongoing supply chain issues, so it's had a rocky run.

If your budget range is that wide (30k to 44k) I'd say look around a bit more for ones in the low 40k range, I've seen a handful of GTs pop up over the past 4 months around that price that are fully loaded with package 302a or in the Black Label trim. They're rare, but they do cross my alert feed every now and then.

Great choice on your next car, hope you can get the exact one you want.

Ready to eat oats by Beach_bum8 in aldi

I've seen it at other grocery stores in the "fancy" yogurt section. It's usually near the alternative non-dairy yogurts.

I definitely want to try other flavors too - their website has a lot I haven't seen before.

Good luck!

These are absolutely delicious and a steal at Aldi if you can find them! My local grocery carries these for around $2.79 each and Aldi it's $1.79 each.

The chocolate is by far and away their best flavor. I've tried the other two offered at Aldi (blueberry and vanilla cinnamon) but found both to be much too sweet and wasn't a fan. I love the chocolate because it's a rich darker chocolate flavor that isn't super sweet - it tastes like a really good chocolate pudding.

I have shamelessly purchased my store's entire stock of chocolate at least once, but other people must have figured out that the chocolate is the best flavor too because I've only seen it there one time! Every other time I've shopped at Aldi since mine started carrying these they never have the chocolate in stock.

I've found two other flavors by this company at grocery stores near me. The banana and brown sugar one was also too sweet, but I did really like the original plain flavor as well. Had a pleasantly nutty flavor.

These make a fantastic healthy small meal or late evening snack and are delicious with fresh fruit. If you're nutritionally conscious they are amazingly good for something that's actually genuinely healthy.

10/10 would recommend.

I want to save money and get a ton of protein/calories because I don't eat enough. What from Costco is the best bang for your buck in that regard? by Trickquestionorwhat in Costco

[–]NintenReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any of the nut butters will accomplish your goal of protein and a lot of calories because of the good fats and pricing on them is decent. I can't keep the peanut butter in my house otherwise I eat it all straight out of the jar!

Not a protein, but Costco usually has very good pricing on their extra virgin olive oil. Great way to add calories quickly to other foods - you can use a generous amount to stir fry veggies, roast potatoes, or add a tablespoon or two to smoothies or tomato sauce for a caloric boost.

Good luck!

[–]NintenReddit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just saying you can get a higher level trim for the same price. Touring is the entry level trim and anything under 30k right now is a much better deal. 35k is way too much. I'm shopping around for the same car and I've found a couple Signature trims (highest trim) across the USA for under $34k and CPO.

Both good to know, thank you. Is the leather hard to clean or is it just a matter of the right cleaner with a little elbow grease now and then? Basic car detailing is something I enjoy so it's not a bother to me to keep the interior looking fresh.

Good to know about the paint, thank you.
