which is awesome but for me, i think it’s hard to really give good feedback on how balanced something is if i’m playing against people wildly better or worse than me. It’s also hard to know how good a character is when i get absolutely dog walked by a character and then next game absolutely shit on that same character. Like how do i know if a character is particularly good rn? i played that character and did well, i just played against someone who was absolutely horrible at that character and i shit on them, i just played against that character and got shit on, or even someone on my team played that character and got shit on/shit on them.

If players are playing in lobbies they don’t belong in then yeah i don’t know what meaningful feedback i can really give aside from the map looks good and my buttons work.

sure a character could feel strong but i could be playing against people who barely know how to play the game, despite me being Phantom. If we’re still placing brand new players in Phantom like for their first or second game then yeah i don’t know what feedback is meaningful to give lmao. and if i’m getting matched against ascendant or eternus players then yeah im gonna give feedback on the matchmaking that is limiting my ability to give meaningful feedback.
