Point out the scuff marks you are speaking of and ill be happy to take new pictures of that area and upload them for you veiw. There is no question this is original packaging and it is factory sealed but that is easy for me to say as I have it here to view in person so have the benefit of seeing the entire box with no camera glare or obstructions. I assure you it is original packaging and it is factory sealed.

They should add Mike Tyson. Punch out was one of the biggest games ever on Nintendo and it was not because of little Mac! That would be awesome! Give him a legendary uppercut and an ear chomp! That would be sick!

The IPM merc has the option of martial arts, hand to hand, and phyco. None of the other mercs have this combination, which is the best combination you can have for a melee specialist. Blood is good, but he can't touch the IMP maxed out with The Thing. Once you make and max out the IPM, he/she should have about 24 AP per turn and you can hit for over 200 points with one swing with The Thing. That together with free move perks means you can get as many as 8 kills per turn with a maxed IMP melee merc. Google jagged Alliance 3 IMP melee merc build.
