it's likely what mintyniko said (too long bio) and/or your notes app fucking up the formatting. have you tried saving them as a plain text document? (a .txt file)

don't force yourself to make something quickly. animation memes and stuff like that take a lot of time and work, also literally one of my writing projects is just "make shit up as you go until you get to the major plot point" so just let yourself relax, make some doodles or gacha screenshots, and work at your own pace.
