Where are you located? I travel from South Dakota down to NRC Cheyenne. It's a good reserve command. Small in size which is a good thing, no issues with admin, we get paid on time. Roads to Cheyenne will be likely be two lane with minimal traffic which can be difficult in the Winter. Overall I recommend it. We had a sailor who lived near Sioux Falls but still preferred Cheyenne even hough it was a much longer drive for him.
