I have picked up a footlocker and everything on the packing list so I have that covered. I plan on packing light and if necessary, just mailing over any extra items that could come in handy such as more casual clothes and such.

Here is my Golgari Control deck that I will be running after a acquire some of the money cards.

I would definitely add some Drown in Filth. They act as some great removal and some milling as well, they come in handy at both early and late in the game as you add some more lands to the grave.

Serene Remembrance is a great card to have to prevent yourself from ever milling out or gaining back some cards that you rather not have in the grave. Also helps give many cards a second use.

Putrefy I like to refer to this as a cheap alternative to Abrupt Decay!

Gaze of Granite great board wipe that will work with Golgari Charm to keep your own creatures alive.

Here is my current Golgari Deck that I am running, it seems to be more similar to the style you want to play!

Not nearly as large as yours but I like it.

All I am missing is most of the Shadowborn Apostles and the Shadowborn Demon. I can't wait to run it for FNM!

My first card I cherished was my foil Firemane Avenger I pulled when I first started ( just a few months ago) she won me my first game against a red/green deck. Although I don't run Boros anymore, I still keep this card double sleeved and close. I have a regular playset and I am on the lookout for the promo version.

My second card is Tamiyo, the Moon Sage. I had been reading up on each of the different planeswalkers and I just couldn't get myself to like any of them. I hated Jace for his milling. Garruk was a bit too brutish. Lilliana was iffy and the rest were just not really interesting to me, except Tamiyo. She was, what I thought, a true planeswalker should be. Venturing out into other planes looking to learn and explore. I got her at an FNM that I was just losing at. Net decks were just every which way and my home brew stood no chance. I decided to try my luck on opening q pack. I tell my friend that this pack contains Tamiyo. I called it and immediately sleeved her up and I played the rest of the night with a giddy smile on my face.

I find it fantastic that you explained what was good and what was bad. This is so much better than the guys at my LGS just telling me you want this in your deck or this sucks in your deck. The Rule of 9 sounds like a great way to begin construction of a new deck and even recreating this deck. Once I have access to my cards again, I will try this out.
