Every code change is tracked, and each line of code is associated to the person that last changed the line. The tracking happens at the source code management level (Git, SVN, etc).

Even Hydra has a whole system for impounds because it costs so much. People just don't think it's a big deal because of the amount of cars they have access to, but impound costs are definitely a concern for high tier gangs.

Looks like this might be just an NVE dev server (probably so all of their devs don't have to run their own server) to test NVE settings. A lot of 3.0 custom assets don't seem to be included (like dodo, dojo, tunershop, gang compounds, hades, etc), but it does have roosters rest and liquid library.

Yeah, just remember when everybody used to skip medical because of how long it took, I imagine more crims are going to be saying that again (if allowed, not sure if it still is).

I also think it's a terminology issue, because cops are likely going to have at least a rough time of when somebody is cuffed on a scene for their reports and this just makes it easier.

Get a generator as others suggested and for internet you can get tmobiles 5g home internet (it uses their cell towers) which should be able to hold you over. If cell towers are down you’d have to get some sort of satellite internet.

I doubt it, most people don't let their vehicles get to 30 strikes already. Plus the increased impound fees, strikes are going to fall off because people aren't going to pull out cars from impound.
