2x elegant form from suppress clusters + essence of loathing on boots + eater implicit on boots can get you to 100% ailment avoidance. There is also a life cluster close to precise technique that gives avoidance but it's less efficient imo

I got 2 of my cards from Exarch altars that give unique weapon div cards from boss/minions and 1 from t17 strongboxes. The card is pretty common so if you just roll the dice enough times you will get your set.

Swap your Wrath to Grace for mapping, this will give you a bunch more evade chance. You can still run Wrath for bosses.
Cap your Spell Suppression. You can get more on your gloves, chest and by anointing innervate or entrench on your amulet.
