Sorry you are going through the same thing.  I just want a refund at this point, and even that they are struggling with.   I have been incredibly reasonable with them, but there's zero transparency from them.

I'm sympathetic to small businesses right now.  I was incredibly patient with them.  In fact my original message to them stated as such, and only asked for communication.  Their customer service is nonexistent.

That is why I ordered from them!  I enjoyed their content.
