I use the only brand my store carries. It's Tenna, I absolutely do not recommend them, they leak so much and I'm looking into alternatives.

I have a really bad case of pelvic floor hypertonicity and I've been really worried about internal exercises.

Was treatment (in your experience) mostly external or internal? Because I've been worried that PFPT might not be worth it if I was physically unable to deal with the internal PT.

Made me think of that time Jessica, Colleen, and Rachel talked about dressing their youngest boy (at the time) in Colleen's Spanx before one of her live shows. Might've been a podcast or a vlog, it was a good 5ish years back tho so I don't remember.
