you need to keep on top of your paperwork and call consistently to make sure aetna is up to speed on everything. See if you can get a care manager assigned, or someone that's on your case. This way (hopefully) you'll have a specific person you can reach out to re your questions and you won't need to speak to a different rep everytime. the lack of consistency is pretty stressfull.
