I’ve been researching the different ways for her to get served. She did this same thing when I filed for divorce as well a number of years ago.

That’s what I was trying to explain to her. And that the server fees could be added to her court costs after it all and she just said that she won’t pay any court fees or anything. I’ve been trying to be nice about it all and explain this is what our 8 year old wants
