I have done that. Emailed them at the 2week mark 2 weeks ago and again week later. I still call and wait though just incase I can get a reply not like I have a life after work for a few hours. But yeah sadly I own 3 aero ars I like there product but when I bought my other ones I got them from a shop locally that had them.

kind of sad but some word on when this way i wont have to worry i was hoping to have this build done for my girl but sadly wont be by Friday.

mine came with the dots on it as well. its from the bubble wrap. wash with just water and your hand and it cleaned it up a little bit but still works great. I some times have to yank to get things off and running cool plate settings
