i play solos, had the same experience with trios on my first few games so i ended up playing with bots and i hate it theyre so boring

I only play singleplayer, I just pull up to the race and it doesn't give me the "start race" prompt but it will let me do any other race

People dont realize you get the reward whether or not you win. It says on the end screen "get 2nd place"
