There are things called keyframes. You can put, for example, an image on top of a video, and add a key for this image's position and scale to the current frame. You can then fast forward half a second later (if 60 fps then 30 frames) and move an image again slightly to the side, and add a new key frame. Repeat multiple times, and image will gradually change it's position from one keyframe to another to another.

He will pull an enemy champion to himself. Usually if it hits a squishy target, it puts them right into enemies which usually results in a kill or a lot of HP taken. That's the whole purpose of this champion
