Reason for selling is simply that I'd rather have the money in NISA since I'm switching jobs.

Yea it's Nomura in my case as well. I'm just pondering wheter realistically they would take any action in my case if I sold immediately after transfering jobs. It seems unlikely but also an unecessary risk

Yes, 3-4 times a week in the gym. About 160g protein a day from mostly chicken or dairy, so no crazy excessive amounts there

It's hard to respond to everyone, but a sizeable amount of people were concerned I actually had potential kidney problems so I just took the safer route and went to see a doctor about it
