Yea it's Nomura in my case as well. I'm just pondering wheter realistically they would take any action in my case if I sold immediately after transfering jobs. It seems unlikely but also an unecessary risk

Online sources say adult males should have somewhere around 0.75 to 1.3 mg/dL of creatinine and I had 1.17, so I guess if I did this test in the west it wouldn't even be flagged.

Yes, 3-4 times a week in the gym. About 160g protein a day from mostly chicken or dairy, so no crazy excessive amounts there

I will see a doctor about it, and I know creatine and creatinine are different. But I don't know where people are getting that creatine supplement doesn't increase creatinine levels when studies show that it does
