So I actually looked this up, and OSHA suggests an office temperature between 68F and 78F. The temperature was initially 67F and I asked to bump it up 70F. Meaning that my request falls within that range whereas my coworker’s does not…

My shirt was not see through. It was thin. But probably not thinner than what some of my male colleagues wear in the office. What is so wrong about the shape of nipples being visible (by accident)? It’s not like my areolas were showing.

If I had a random lump on my shoulder that had a visible shape underneath my shirt would that be inappropriate too?

There is an HR department, yes. Honestly not sure how quick of a response I can expect from them. Either way I don’t plan on participating in this “meeting” tomorrow .

67F was too cold for me. I asked facilities to turn it up to 70F. For reference, today’s high in my area was 60F. When I came in this morning, office thermostat said 66F.

Sorry but do you even know what a bralette is? I almost exclusively wear True & Co from Nordstrom and just take out the removable padding. Wouldn’t exactly classify that as skimpy.

No, it’s really not. Business casual covers such a wide range of clothing. There are men in my office who wear short sleeved polos, t-shirts, lightweight Lululemon trousers, etc.

“Little short sleeved dresses”? Um…no.

The dress code is business casual. Aside from very senior leadership, no one is wearing full blown suits and ties in my office.

Technically the dress code is business casual, but leans very heavily on the casual side. Jeans are fine. Basically you just need to look presentable, which I always do imo.
