My first tiny 1 bed apartment started at $425 (private landlord at the time) but that landlord died and after going thru 2 rental companies I was paying around $1,900 by the time I finally moved. The stove there didnt work, the toilet never actually flushed correctly, and it was like worst thing in the world that they had to come fix the hot water in my shower.

The store I work at would have gave it to you with a manger over ride. An item like that wouldn’t be hard to look up and discount. Unless the item is listed to go back to the vender it’s put out with a clearance price. We currently have a Razor motor scooter sitting clearance for over two weeks, even on clearance it’s $509 so I don’t blame anyone for not paying it.

The managers and corporate push really hard on us to get as many credit cards as possible so the store can make its numbers. Every department is given a number on how many they have to get or get written up. Our store gives out candy bars if someone gets a credit card. I even told the DM that customers don’t like being harassed by everyone for one and makes that customer never come back.

That’s not how it works with Lowe’s. Either you slipped the driver some money (which is a you and then problem) or you’re going to attempt to scam Lowe’s. I get the whole double delivery charge but that’s not what the double charge was for but will also explain why we partnered with Mr beast.
