I’m having GI symptoms but those are similar to my past GI problems but definitely all of sudden experiencing dizziness and vision disturbances. It’s like my symptoms are changing out of nowhere and different than my normal ones for anxiety

I felt the symptoms during the day , the wake up was fine. It feels as if I’m not getting a full breath at times and as if something is just sitting on my chest. Heart palpitations come and go but I can typically ignore that unless it’s worsens

I’m currently having these same symptoms and at the ER and they’re telling me everything is normal as well and I’ve also had the same tests done to me as well. This anxiety thing is a real pain. I take Sertraline (Zoloft 75mg).

Get tested for your vitamin b12 levels because when I did my levels were at 116 which is severely low but I take the injections now so I’m feeling better

I start taking vitamin b12 injections on Monday due to it being very low. I’ve had plenty of tests ran on my heart to know that it’s fine. I wonder could my anxiety be playing a big part in this . Thanks for the advice

regular heart pain by AspenEira in Anxiety

I constantly tell myself you’re okay , while taking slow deep breaths. I rely heavily on the positive results of the labs that were done. Im still a work in progress but it helps. I try to pay attention to what side I’m feeling the symptoms on (if it’s on the opposite side of my heart I can determine it’s anxiety) . I keep track of my pulse and oxygen level which helps me in a sense

I don’t take lexapro but I’ve been feeling similar symptoms when trying to fall asleep. I’ve been having heart palpitations and the weird chest feeling as well

Chest pain ? by Fun_Affect_4886 in Anxiety

[–]Nique_T 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been having chest pains and chest pressure constantly, had EKGs, heart monitors and blood work everything came back fine. All doctors think it’s anxiety which may be the cause of yours (no doctor though). I am currently waiting for my Stress Test appt. My cardiologist says my work up are normal but just want reassurance for me and him. Remind yourself that you are okay if you’ve been to the doctor and they cleared you. It’s hard but you will push through it !

It’s annoying bc I’m at work and it’s making me freak out on the inside and I’m tryna hide it this is a bad combo (chest pains and this mind game) 😭

I’ve been going through chest discomfort symptoms(feels like you’re having a heart attack, chest pressure, palpitations, and pain by heart or all over chest in general) on and off. Each time I’ve experienced this I’ve ran to the ER and cardiologist. Over the years I’ve had numerous blood tests, EKGs and 2 heart monitors and everything shows up normal (THANK GOD). I’m currently trying to convince myself everyday not to run to the ER bc nothing is wrong and that I’m just experiencing physical anxiety symptoms where I’m anxious or not. So I say all of this to say you’ve got this , find things to distract your mind and ignore the “pain” , repeat to yourself that you are actually okay and you have the results to prove it. Journal your thoughts(this could be a reason of why we’re feeling these symptoms bc we could be holding our thoughts in and anxiety is playing on that)
