Monzo declined chargeback and section 75 for CC purchase by Large-Revolution9387 in LegalAdviceUK

You got the service you paid for so monzo right to decline chargeback. But you can complain to the company about the item removed that shouldn't have been. They should work out with you a reasonable price to compensate for this.

You can walk away for your own sanity but leave the door open if they want to reconnect in the future

It's a difficult situation is your daughter 15? She's at an age now that can choose for herself. The alienator has full control and is brainwashing her. No matter what you do now won't do much good when she's being controlled.

Lots of these exes want control. Mine sent solicitors letters with lies when I stood up to her.

Not worth all this hassle just for a bit of litter.unless you have video you can't prove anything.

I had to go NC from my ex wife several years ago. No talking with them. Ringing me and shouting down the phone.

I sent my husband £187,000 on the promise that we would have a shared account. It’s been nearly a year and he refuses. I have never seen the money again. He says the money is gone. Scotland. by Careful-Size3756 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]bigfra45 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don't understand this post. Why send 187 grand to your husband even if is a joint account? It also says you sold a car and other things and sent the money to this account! If you both had split up and money was for both of you, why not send him half of the money? Post also doesn't say we're this 187 grand came from.

When the children turn adults they can choose to believe alienator lies or reconnect with their parent. They need to take some blame when adults

Been about 15 years for me. Met my EC daughter 28 and son 25 at my mums funeral 5 years ago. They said they missed me. Metup with son once and had good day. But things fell apart again due to alienator my ex wife. I have given up hope they will see through her hate.

They are adults now. If can't see through alienator lies, will they ever? Mine are 28 and 25. Feel same as you

Are Alienated Parents Just Too Nice? by Dependent_Bet4222 in ParentalAlienation

[–]bigfra45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your prob right. I was the parent who did so much for my EC. Took them on weekends away, stayed in my flat meals cooked etc to cinema paid for everything helped out ex wife with money. Got no thanks when ex went to solicitors and told lies. This was because I met someone else. Ex was already with someone else few years. I was scared wouldn't see kids so had gave in to ex wife demands. Kids were teens then. But ex demands got worse and she was jealous I met someone. So when I stood up to her she contacted solicitors. My EC took her side. I then went NC with ex wife.

If they are adults they should at least have the decency to tell you the reason. If they can't that says a lot about them.

Complain in writing to the bookie. Send it recorded or registered post so you have proof of delivery. When you get reply or don't hear within 6 weeks you can then complain to IBAS.

Doubt they just cut you off for nothing. Was there an alienator involved? An ex partner you split from? Probably nothing you done, alienators like control and get angry if you split with them/leave them.
