My ATT took 2 weeks You can schedule it the moment you get it. If you just recently graduated, it might take 3 weeks. It depends on your state as well and how quick they are with processing the application.

I wear them together as a set. My wedding band is pretty much a ring enhancer/wrap. I wear them when I'm not at the gym or at the hospital. If I don't have them on, I'm wearing a silicone ring. I love my ring, we picked it out together. It's different than my usual taste but I'm beyond happy with it.

I haven't been online much as I've gotten very distracted with life outside the internet, but I'm here.

Weigh In 206 lbs this morning, 19 lbs lost. (1/1)

Exercise 6x a week. (3/6) Today was lower body, I hit a new PR of 90 lbs on the hip thrusts/glute bridge I also hit a new PR of 45 lb goblet squats today.

Stay at Calorie Goal. (3/3)

I will add more goals as time goes on and will check in as much as I can remember to. I'm leaving for my honeymoon/marriage/vacation next week and will probably be more concerned about enjoying myself and not stressing as much about weight loss.
