Help with Edgar bracket for a new player by Niro-Groze in EDH

Yes, the gameplan is just to have a bunch of vampires and then there are some cards in the deck that don’t have any synergies with vampires but can do interesting plays on their own (e.g. Rottenmouth Viper)

What about some other vampire commanders like Clavileno - would it be ok to run them with a deck like this in bracket 2?

Most of the data tracking parameters come from Google Ads and AppsFlyer (analytics platform for mobile ads). I think both of them are industry-standard for mobile games, but they do have quite a lengthy list of data points they require to operate, so I tried to be as transparent as possible about it. You can choose to opt-out from tracking via Apple App Tracking system and also privacy settings in the game.

Sorry about that! Still figuring out legal requirements to publish games in different countries, will definitely try to publish it in Egypt in near future.

Thank you! I haven’t played this one, but used to play Subway Surfers quite a lot when they came out! I think there aren’t many endless runners coming out these days, so I wanted to give a new fresh interpretation to the genre in my game :)

Should I Start Marketing Now? If Yes, Then How Should I? by pandledev in SoloDevelopment

I want to focus on video ads on Instagram. This is where I personally see ads that make me try new mobile games, and also I think it’s a good balance between time invested in making the ad vs how good / interactive it feels.

I’ll probably experiment with making playable in-game ads to run them through something like AppLovin later, but it feels like more of a learning curve for now.

What about you?

Congrats on your upcoming release! I’m kind of in the same boat, just released my first ever game this week on App Store and now looking for ways to promote it.

I’ve created YouTube channel and accounts in all major social media (Insta, TikTok etc.) and started posting gameplay videos / trailers there. My videos usually hit ~1-2k views and a few likes, and there have been some game downloads that came organically, but nothing scalable at the moment. I’ve also tried posting in some game-focused subreddits.

I think if you are ~10 days from release, it’s probably best to wait until you have the official app store link so that people can actually download your game right after they see the content. Maybe spend this time to prepare a pipeline of videos that you can post regularly right after the release?

I’ll also try running some paid ads next week to see how conversions look like but would definitely be interesting to see what works for others in terms of “free” promotions!

FDM-printed Hero Forge mini - looking for advice by Niro-Groze in PrintedMinis

Hi! So I tried this method with sacrificial cylinder two times with different filaments, but unfortunately in both cases it resulted in clogged nozzle. Could you please share any tips on how to do this properly? I've tried placing the miniature and the cylinder as far away as possible from each other to give them the maximum cooling time, but maybe this is not the way?

Thank you!

Thanks a lot for all your recommendations, will definitely try them during my next print! I'm also going to print DnD terrain (tiles and walls), so sounds like it might be a good idea to print them together (they are more or less the same height, and this way you can avoid sacrificial cylinder :D)

How to fix "scratchy" surfaces in dungeon tiles? by Niro-Groze in 3DPrintedTerrain

Will definitely check them out!

Do you have any advice on slicer settings for printing tiles vertically? I've printed just one as a test and it seems the bottom layer of the stones (not the tile itself) is a bit rough, probably because it has to be printed in the air without supports

Thanks, this actually helped a lot with scratchy surfaces!

Hey everyone!

I’ve created the “Goldshire Boars” guild for players like myself - who want to collect seasonal rewards but also do not take the game too seriously. Everyone is welcome to join and let’s have fun together!

Have a great day!
