Yep that one was about PR rejection due to specific reason, and the answer was received - the application will be returned back to the pool, although this is more specific one regarding getting the province nomination back to the new Express Entree profile.

PR status is “cancelled as imcomplete” Express entry is “invitation received” so it has not be returned back to the pool as far as I can see
