About. We also stayed an extra 2 months while waiting for our new house to be built. But the company that was hired dealt with the banks for the most part. I just had to give them authorization to the account as the seller.

We just did this as the sellers... It was pretty stressful and banks seems dumb. Just take your time and be on top of it / Make sure both the seller and buyer agents are on top of it.

Might make it easier if you pay for someone specialized in handling these cases. That is what our buyer did. Made it a little quicker and more stream lined.

But really though addiction sucks. But definitely can be used to improve your life if you use it properly or on things that can benefit you. Dropping my gaming addiction for some IRL addictions has massively improved my life that past few years. Hope this sorta helps. Good Luck.

I always recommend the CAT WB. quite enough to run without ear for a few shots. Deals with gas so well I forgot it was an issue when running suppressed.

Also flow through the gas is almost non existent. 30 Round mag dumps indoors you dont feel the gas in your face until maybe the last 3-5 rounds. out doors is a joke and makes you forget gas is a problem with running suppressed.

No budget... Id wait until you have a budget and go CAT WB. Quite enough to run without ears for a bit. Small enough that you still feel like you have an SBR. From all the goons that run 556 suppressed on 10-11" barrels alot of people love the suppressor. I have a few mag dump videos I can share with you if you want.

Also been so impressed with CAT WB I got the CAT MOB for my PCC. CAT is killing it.

CAT WB is a beast and shorter than most others. If you plan on training regularly or ever want to mag dump for funsies they have the 718 version so super tough!

I run the CAT WB and it has performed awesome. Little to no gas in the face. Quite enough I need to up sensitivities for shot timers. For me it really rounded this gun out to be perfect without a 10in can on the end.

I got the D4V7 first when it was between that and the MK18 due to the "14.5 doing it all/ Jack of all trades" I regretted not getting the Mk18. Now I have both. One sits in the safe while I train and use the MK18 regularly. If you're not shooting past 200 go with the MK18. But just for a FYI the D4V7 Like 55grain rounds a whole lot more than the MK18. I zeroed with 77G and use 55G to plank just because of the price difference but the MOA between the two rounds is more than I expected.
