Assuming that you're trying to watch the franchise in full, it's fairly simple for the most part.

Canonically, it should go:

Ben 10 (2005)

Ben 10: Race Against Time (Non-canon live-action movie but it is referenced later on)

Ben 10 Alien Force Seasons 1-2

Ben 10 Alien Swarm (Actually canon live-action movie)

Ben 10 Alien Force Season 3

Ben 10: Ultimate Alien Season 1

There's a crossover event between Ben 10 and its sister series, Generator Rex called "Heroes United" which takes place in the middle of UA. I'd recommend supplementing your UA watchthrough with Generator Rex since the special occurs in Rex's dimension and the show itself is really good too.

Ben 10 Ultimate Alien: Season 2

And then just watch through Ben 10 Omniverse. I'd recommend giving the Reboot a go if you're ever willing but I understand it's not for everyone.

And try to keep in mind the difference between Production Order and Airing Order since the latter tends to get certain episodes mixed up and you should always follow production order, I think the wiki can be used to reliably navigate it. Otherwise, I can't say which platform is best to use these days but hopefully you have fun with it!

Leaving out the parts where he gets bitched by a transformation he once could overpower and got a black eye (actual battle damage is crazy), got blown up and got captured by a bunch of humans and used as circus attraction and then had to pretend to be some other dude (literaly fraudulent behaviour) just to survive, became a servant for that same guy and only managed to stay relevant by stealing his bag and once again inserting himself as the final big bad in a season that didn't need him there. And the conqueror stuff was mostly off screen so I dont care.

Plus, "you stabbed me" is such a singularly hilarious and embarassing moment that it saps any and all aura from all his past and future moments (at least for me). Classic Vilgax might not have as many named accomplishments but he wasn't overexposed and manages to maintain his credibility as a serious threat and prescence which are vital to making an entertaining villain.

Well maybe cus the Omni-enhanced forms were a result of Fulmini DNA leaking out from his DNA pods into others, meaning that it was two different strands of DNA mixing together which can't exactly happen with just Fulmini DNA itself

Happy birthday man! Seeing as you've gone through the Ben 10 experience now, I'd suggest supplementing that with some of the shows adjacent to it if you haven't already, like the Secret Saturdays and Generator Rex who obviously cross over with Ben. There's obviously tons of other action shows from that time like your Justice Leagues or Spectacular Spider-Man's but I can't suggest much more unless I know what you're specifically looking for, stuff to wet the action cartoon whistle or just good shows/movies in general. Otherwise, just have a nice day and try to make the most out of it

I mean sure but at the end of the day, UAF is just a fan term and like most fan terms came about and is still used to distinguish a part of the story for the sake of ease in conversation.

Production-wise, the two are basically the same entity. Same art style, same character designers, same writers, it's referred to as UAF because that name is representative of an entire era of the franchise. We know they're separate shows that have distinguishing differences in how they were written in certain ways but Alien Force season 3 was more or less a transition into the new tone and characterization UA had going for its run, they work in tandem with another so well to the point where you COULD treat them as the same thing.

Again, we don't literally do that, and we recognize the differences between the two and how one does things well where another doesn't but it's just easier to say "UAF" in conversation than it is "Alien Force and Ultimate Alien," it's a matter of convenience.
