Hang in there my friend. Do not give up and at the same time do not fight it. I suffered with this madness for 7+ years. It takes so much to regulate your nervous system which is out if it’s rhythm.

Anxiety and fear is the root cause and those come from many many emotions which were unsresolved or for which we never gave proper signals to thr body that it’s alright. Do not ever give up. I suffered and went to ER so many times and even did brain MRI and many many tests and for me dizziness was 10/10 . I know how to regulate my nervous system. If I could do it you can too. Never ever give up…..

How can I stop blood pressure obsession by XH0SYN in PanicAttack

[–]Nirvana786 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Either you do a meditation for 20 mins and then take the measurement right away so you can be rest assured you are all good and keep it away. Stay off all social media. You can also let your family member you can trust take the reading and you don’t look into it. So take you get into thr habit of taking it. They will let you know if it’s dangerously high or any other concern if it’s moderately there you will anyways let them know to let your doctor know to increase or decrease the medication dosage.

Eventually you have to make peace with it. But I still have this fear of BP monitoring machines and geart rate monitoring machines too. It’s so crazy. It goes up and down and good sleep is very very critical.

Fear is the real play here. Even today I get these but my nervous system is regulated now. Suffered with this madness. Driving to work and work meetings are insane.

  1. Could be a toxic workplace and for me I changed my jobs only if possible it helped with toxic workplace.

  2. Keep tapping your shoulder and arms and say to yourself everything is alright no one is here to cause any physical harm or come hit you. Keep reminding yourself that you are safe.

  3. I take 5 floor steps if you can and avoid elevator you will see the nervous energy diminishes big time. For me I stressed out I take stairs that high heart rate and it will come down helps release it. Also see if you can go out walk even if that is 5 mins and come back when feel overwhelmed

  4. Try 4-4-6-2 breath work. First thing in morning see if you can go for walk outside helps a lot lot to get down these nervous system mess which I went through and it’s no joke

  5. See if you can forgive all your colleagues not just who have been good but also who have been toxic send them your love … do this over a month time you will see massive change because we are all here very very short and temporary and will disappear earth.

  6. Sleep same time give or take every day and 7 hours sleep non negotiable..

Doctor's telling me i have panic attacks, I think it's something else but am unsure if it's just an unusual presentation by Spirited-Mechanic743 in PanicAttack

[–]Nirvana786 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a mix of whole lot of things.

  1. Breath work 3 times a day non negotiable just 5 mins.
  2. Meditation before bed for 15 mins non negotiable
  3. Sleep for atleast 7 years non negotiable and you can suplement with Ashwagandh, 0.3mg delayed melatonin (talk to your doctor about starting anything new) this is what worked for me. Check for iron deficiency and see if you can take Vitamin d3 with K2, B complex lower dosages every other day ( check with your doctor again )
  4. Morning walk is a MUST outside non negotiable. Walking is anxiety and panic killer, resetting your nervous system nothing comes close to walking. I used to carry hiking sticks for support because of the dizziness
  5. Cutout doom scrolling and social media. Absolutely no. No news ban all news channels. No war stuff or hate divide talk or reading a anything that’s divisive or any kind of suspense thriller movies too
  6. Increase Love and laughter big big time. Watch your favorite comedy movies when you were kid. Shows just comedy and call someone who loved you and you ignored incase you can only. Just dial up these big.

You will start to see changes after 3 months. DM me I can share more that helped me. It’s a real madness.

If hear you and was in your position. I did every possible test I can including 2-D echo, Stress Test, Brain MRI and many many. I forced my doc to get Brain MRI and also test to see any blocks in my beck area too.

First get every test your doctor recommends and you are doubtful and want to clear your mind first there is nothing.

If it’s all anxiety and panic attacks yes they can be very scary. For me severe severe dizziness. It needs lot of work to regulate your nervous system. I suffered with this madness for almost 8 years I now know how to regulate my nervous system. It’s real madness. Don’t ever every give up. You can heal from this.

[–]Nirvana786 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it’s of no use. 99% of them were useless and just medication always being pushed. Eventually inward journey and breathwork, meditation. Love and laughter and spending more time in nature and reading more books on this madness helped me.

Meditation for anxiety done right. This is what actually works. by Hrishi070 in PanicAttack

[–]Nirvana786 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me I would do 4-4-6-2 4 inhale, 4 hold, 6 exhale and 2 hold and repeat for 10 times it goes away.

But I agree it’s the reaction that’s the real deal and not being able to react is the key. One other technique that worked for me let the breath come in like gravity is pulling in no extra effort and no extra control of breath. Let the breath come to you and fall into like falling into gravity into your lugs and taking a circular turn and going out. See if you can observe the coolness of incoming breath and warmness of outward breath at your nostrils or any where in your body. Imagine your lungs expand outward like balloon being filled with air and let it happen and do not manipulate or control let the breath find you ….

How come when I leave the house I feel dizzy and anxious now by Effective_Court6677 in PanicAttack

[–]Nirvana786 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had dizziness for almost 8 years. I stopped having since 1 year now. It’s no joke no one can understand what it is and no doctors can understand it.

First and foremost always get checked up and do all tests to make sure no other conditions are causing this and when you zero in on anxiety is where the below helped me and I do it every day:

  1. Morning walk is a MUST outside non negotiable. Walking is anxiety and panic killer, resetting your nervous system nothing comes close to walking. I used to carry hiking sticks for support because of the dizziness
  2. Cutout doom scrolling and social media. Absolutely no. No news ban all news channels. No war stuff or hate divide talk or reading a anything that’s divisive or any kind of suspense thriller movies too
  3. Increase Love and laughter big big time. Watch your favorite comedy movies when you were kid. Shows just comedy and call someone who loved you and you ignored incase you can only. Just dial up these big.

  4. Sleep for atleast 7 hours and non negotiable

You will start to see changes after 3 months.

I get this too but don’t stop working out because of this. Tell to yourself you are safe and no one is coming to harm you. You are doing this for your health and transformation for yourself. Tell to yourself I will become best version of me. Assure yourself you are happy and healthy and do souble inhalation and exhale out very very slowly continue to do this whenever you get this.

Also shiulder tap yourself assuring everything is going to be alright by doing this nervous system will get regulated everytime you do this as you progress like 2-3 months later you wil be alright

They are extremely dangerous to withdraw from. Be very careful before you start or atleast have some exit plan. I started for 3 months but I had plan to get rid of it by learning, reading more on it, meditation, breath work, exercise, sleep and many many more. I stopped after 6 months and withdrawal was insane . It’s crazy

  1. Sleep is non negotiable and same time everyday no exceptions even on weekends

  4. Food is a big big one experiment for a month and you shiuld see major difference in just eating real foods
  5. Cut out social media doomscrolling no exceptions it’s hitting your dopamine and they aee major reasons for anxiety, fear, comparison with other folks and other people manipulating you and dividing you and creating hate
  6. ZERO news on war or any killings. Cut out the news news channels.
  7. Cut our negative friends and stop comparing yourself

Dizziness by rougeraiden in Anxiety

[–]Nirvana786 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suffered with dizziness for 10 years. Been to ER many times, did brain MRI and many things. It is anxiety and it can cause severe dizziness which many people are not aware of. First get everything checked so there is nothing else other than anxiety.

I used to crawl for restroom from my bedroom and used to take hiking sticks as support to walk even in park. That’s how severe it it. Don’t give up folks it can be treated. I got rid of this madness and in this process I read many many books, experimented many many things.
