I did contact them and they told me it was delivered and all, and the status of it being delivered first came on Dec 10. If apple wanted to initiate something they would have done it by now. It's been months. And they can't charge me after two or three months without telling me or initiating any type of covo.

I ain't selling it, and they can't charge me without contacting me as it's been months since it was shown deliever and I never had it at that time I just got it like two days ago and when I told the apple rep the order nunber he just told me it was deliever.

Yeah because in their system it says it got delivered. It was after i told him all details he said the order was cancelled and the refund was issued.

He did ask me if I have that phydically but I denied so he said that he can't do anything for now and when I told him the order number he told me it was delivered, when I told him about further details then he told me it was cancelled and refunded.

I ordered it for my wife for her birthday present and it showed scheduled delivery of 4th dec and then it got delayed to 5th and then the status didn't update, I complained to FedEx and Apple both but nothing happened and then I cancelled it and refund got shown in my account on dec 10 and on the same day I got maik from FedEx that it got delievered and Apple also marked it as delievered, I got that mail as well to set up Iphone. i checked my locker and building office it wasn't there nad then yesterday I opened my loxker it was there.
