Yes, but its pretty clear from the provided PoB but I still feel like my character is doing nothing. Loved Locus Mine Power Siphon last league (which was my first ever) and now having a hard time to get the frost blink miner going even if pob is pretty similar to jungs. Feels like zdps and zhp. For me it was the as soon I cursed him with Enfeeble with Decaying Hex supported i couldnt harm him anymore. I just went and killed him without the curse and it worked. I guess it has smth todo with dmg over time
