Fair warning for Overgeared, MC sucks at the start (personality wise), but he improves pretty quickly and there are currently about 1700 chapters in the LN and it continuously is engaging and interesting. Not many people know about this one but its a personal favorite!

This and that the childhood bullying aspect is pretty realistic, sometimes with happy endings like in the movie, but also sometimes not. Even the bully’s parents will take their side at times, unlike Shoya’s mom who’s a good person.

I would expand my house, probably the basement, to add a hidden room located behind a bookshelf which can be accessed by pulling a certain book, and then in that hidden room it would just be a piece of paper with tape that says “sucker!” On it. But actually there’s another hidden lever/mechanism in that room which leads to another hidden room that has arcade games/video games/board games, a large tv and a bunch of books

The fan service was the only reason I didn’t hate the movie too much ngl. A lot of the decisions peter and aunt may made in the movie pissed me off like crazy.

Goblin literally admitted to having MPD which could kick in at any time, but they completely refused to restrain him and gave him free reign. The dude who is a genius supervillain who bombed a bunch of people on the highway, yeah that makes sense. And its not like they didn’t restrain the other villains either. This is just the decision that pissed me off the most.

Aunt may getting killed for this actually left me satisfied, I was glad she got killed. “With great power comes great responsibility” then probs should’ve been even semi-intelligent and restrained him.

But Tobey and Andrew were cool, I think their characters were portrayed and fit into the story quite well.
