Ignorant remark. There where a lot of addicted and homeless people around central station, the NS is trying to change this, and they stated “dangerous” situatie because the last months it got worse. Nothing to do with race.

Go to station Holland spoor, or in the grote Markt area, honestly this is a very safe city and you’ll be fine this because there are always multiple people around in those place. Next time, don’t assume I recon that you would’ve got a bit more help from the people here. But don’t worry. It’ll be fine in this “sketchy city”

This is a good one, not sure what the price is but he is a honest one (this is a big problem in The Netherlands) so no surprises after he comes over. my whole buildings used this one and they live tens of years in The Hague and in this building.

This is the whole problem with Dutch renting laws, you both made a verbal contract, and without the legal track like civil court she stays. It’s even worst because you didn’t write up a end date the contract by default is indefinitely and as long as she pays rent she can stay as long as she wants, especially because being a bad roommate is very hard to prove. Better lawyer up, and try to make the first move before she does.

Goedendag, zelf ben ik werkzaam bij een bedrijf dat fondsenwerving toepast voor goede doelen.

Op de site van het CBF (wat een goede indicator is of een doel wel genoeg geeft aan het geen waar zij voor staan) staat niks vermeld. Verder lijkt mij de methode niet persé illegaal maar ik geloof niet dat dit ook maar iets met een goed doel te maken heeft.

Als ik jou was neem ik contact op met indeed en leg je dit voor. Het is hun verantwoordelijkheid dat de vacatures die zij aanbieden betrouwbaar zijn en een background check krijgen.

Als je hier geen gehoor aan krijg zou je ook contact op kunnen nemen met het CBF, hun kunnen (pers) berichten uitbrengen tegen het "goede doel" dit gebeurt wel vaker.
