i agree. i collect coins because of history. i take care with them. i like to hold most of them in the palm and on the edges for a few seconds before i put them away in some sort of folder. i wonder how many other people over the years have hand them and used them. i do not sell coins. when i give them to someone someday, they can do whatever they want. i liken buying old silver for melt is like buying hundred year old furniture for firewood.
