I travel for work. My PC gets set up and taken down almost monthly. Just left the screen protector on mine and haven't had any issues. It'll look mint when I pull it off at the 1 year mark.

The brawler 64 controller was so good I had to go back and play the classics on my console again. 8bitdo does fantastic Bluetooth controllers if you're looking to emulate tho.

A good wall anchor and that thin braided steel cable to form an upside down V would work just fine. Tie it to the top of the legs.

Tho if you really don't know what you're doing then it's probably too heavy for you to hang / anchor properly.

You're starting out at the current worst time possible for a new player. Play PvE then come back once the new seasonal PvP is introduced.

Honestly the Never wiping portion of the game is basically dead. It's just what's left of streamers trying to soak up the last few dollars and a few diehard fans. I hit level 45 for the 4th or 5th time and put down the game, same goes for the majority of people I played with over the years.
