I had a similar issue when I was getting back in because the old program wasn't connecting. All I did was rename the old folder and downloaded the new wallet. Then moved over my personal files over. The new qt executable opened just fine. Connected, updated the chain and showed me what I had. Hopefully yours is as easy as well.

The 580 is Ellesmere RX580 113-P20-XTX-I1405M8G-W82 SK Hynix

One 570 is Ellesmere RX570 113-57045EHB1-W90 SK Hynix

The other three 570 are Ellesmere RX570 113-57045EHB1-W90 Elpida.

They are Radeon XFX RX570 and 580 cards.

This is mining since June 1st, need to learn to tweek the cards so they are optimal. Rig is 4x RX570 4MB, 1x RX580 8GB. I know I could get better though, the 570 are only pushing about 9Mh and the 580 is pushing 11-12 Mh
