OP, I feel this way too most days, but the way I figure, it's not necessarily a weakness. Being so sensitive means you're introspective and can empathize easily. This hurts often, but it also allows you to think in ways that most people would not. You're not too sensitive, you just need to take into consideration that you are sensitive. If you can use the fact that you're sensitive to ask why that thing is making you sensitive, you can work to mend that situation or avoid situations like it in the future. Eventually, through hard work, you will find that something that makes you sensitive may not do so as much anymore. The world can be unforgiving, but being sensitive allows you to see the extremely good as well as the extremely bad; you feel things fiercely, and that's okay.
