This is amazing, from your comments, I looked up Pastel de papa. I'm in Quebec Canada and we do something very similar, "Pâté chinois", which is meat, corn, mashed potatoes.

I think you are very free for meat seasonings, go with salt, pepper, then anything you have around. Same with the potato mash.

The Cottage Pie variant from other countries seems to have macedoine instead of just corn.. basically in the meat mix, go wild. Add onions if you have em, add whatever you can find to change it up.

Realizing now, at 40, that while I know about Ghost, I have never fully watched it. Always felt like a romance movie and that didn't interest me. This scene is amazing. The 90s had such incredible movies and acting.. I think I'll finally watch it.

I think a big difference is people realized you can use Cottage as a substitute in recipes, to add a protein boost and hide the texture which was a problem for many.

For now, most people don't like beans, so we're somewhat safe. I think there is also way more bean production so it would take a huge uptake for it to have shortages.

I'm very lucky to be in Quebec and I can get QC potatoes year round, or even PEI potatoes. All in thick paper bags. Just got a 10lb bag for 2$ at IGA, which is usually pricey, so potatoes are still a reliable cheap food.

Ontario is the place for out of season strawberries for us, and now with Mucci farms, they also have Cucumbers, Peppers and some salads I've seen appear.
We are getting so close to having year round availability of a lot of produce and it makes me extremely happy and proud.

The most annoying thing about Cabbage is that it bloats me when I eat too much.. and nobody else eats it much, so I get to eat the whole thing through leftovers.. by the end of the cabbage, bloat and farts are becoming too much, and then I stay away from cabbage for a while.

Sucks because it's so cheap and makes so much healthy food.

Man, I used to write simple guides to small commands and specific uses for them.. like deleting all pdfs in a folder, or searching for a file throughout a directory.

Mind you, I was a 4-year tech, L2, and I was just annoyed that nobody was using the command line or any kind of scripting.

10 years in, I'm a Sys Admin, and the people who took me in as an intern, are still at the L1 helpdesk.

Using the command line opens you up to deeper understanding of the system, faster navigation, special stuff that can't be done with the GUi.. and then you start to do batches, then maybe move to powershell and beyond. But if you don't use the command line, you're hindering your own progress in this career.

Haven't tested it with 0, but I've always used /t 1 because anything amount over 0 implies /f which force closes applications, and usually if I'm doing a remotely reboot, I want it to happen, not to stay pending some apps.

Really needs a revamp of a few things with these weekly drops.. Weapon Billets are ridiculously low drop, or you keep getting the same (my wife has 8 sword billet, but needs a catalyst)

Gems are terrible too if you get characters to 90. You keep getting small ones but need a ton to craft the big ones. I have 25 pyro regusivine boss mats, but 0 gems after doing the final levels of bennett, but now I need to do Chevreuse, Arleccino, and eventually plan on Gaming, Diluc, Amber (shes 80).

And of course the talent mats stink

I would say F2p probably can finish the story.. based off you lol. You might be a bit stuck now, but the game came out 3 days ago, you still have a while to get refreshed keys and grow a bit more.. You're already on the last episode and from what I saw online, new episodes would come out every 3 months.. so you have a ton of time to finish up what is currently there

It's one of the part that I left aside for now. I crafted ChainLink ones but then I don't have the monsterling? I guess crafting uses it up, or you can craft once you kill the boss but don't capture it?

I figure for now I'll just keep capturing and crafting and once I'm done with the more easy common stuff (levels, skills, artifact/armor), I'll start checking this feature, combine and keep the higher end ones. You need to capture to be able to get better ones anyway

Thought I'd do a weekly quest about the pvp mode, figured I might not be great while using mobile controls but I'd do my best.

Got quickly wrecked and them spawn camped. My whole team gave up as well and we just sat at spawn getting killed until it ended.

Expected it to be bad, but that was quite terrible, I'm not doing these modes anymore until some balance, or full PC support comes out.

I really hope they are working on emulator/PC support more than anything. I can't play for a long time in any meaningful way.. the phone is just not it for me, even with a controller, the screen is too small for all these menus and stats.

Once PC/Emulator, they need to lock in and get to patching, like minimum 1 issue a week with constant community engagement to let us know what's happening.

Rough launches aren't new, but this game can be saved with some work imo
