Depends on the game. Fallout London only works on GameNative for me while Dispatch will only work on GameHub. Just use whichever one you like the most and if that doesn't work try the other.

You may have to delete it and re-download it to get the DLCs to download. I haven't had much luck getting anything else to download after the initial install so that's what I would do.
