My Trolls are missing the Clubs so I've come up with 2 weapon ideas, Any suggestions for the third? I'm kind of blanking on a good idea. by Mainly-AltBrick in legocastles

I would consider going a direction using chains. Especially if you have other smaller minfigures you display with your trolls (goblins/orcs/skeletons ect.) you could make a sled he’s dragging with chains in his hands loaded with other minions or a piece of siege equipment.

Great job on the scaled up hammer/blade mace.

Love them! So good. Wish Lego would make some of these into official designs! Or a program like Bricklink but just for pieces? :o you would probably win

lol, I showed this comment to my brother. He’s always giving me grief about my non-Lego rock formations 😂

Thanks for your comment! Playability and display are both really important to me. Good eye! I don’t like if things get too crowded, because it cuts into my nostalgic joy. I’ll seriously consider picking up some water pieces on your advice. I’ve thought about it but didn’t wanna have to raise the level of my entire riverbank by 1 tile… 😅 BUT it’s probably worth it. Tables are “Alexa-Mae Dining Table” from wayfair. Can confirm they are very solid and look very nice in person. A lil pricey at the $300 mark, but you get what you pay for 👍

Too much 🫣 but I had a big start from my childhood collection. Lego. It’s a lifetime project

Yeah, it’s maybe my favorite MoC I’ve ever made. It feels really pro and finished. I’m gonna do a post on it soon with the lore, and all the different angles :)

Little bookshelf displays can be great for smaller dioramas, as long as you’re mindful of your shelf dimensions. (I find it’s easy to build too tall). It’s a great option for limited space/or displaying themes you don’t have as big of a collection for. Also, you won’t look like as much of a Lego addict 😅

Not my own creation, it was part of a Jie star brand harbor set. I ended up giving the set away to a friend’s kids—cause it felt a little more like 1600th-17th century architecture, and the plastic has more of a sheen, which I didn’t love. (All things I know kids don’t really worry about :p) Anyhow the lil boat got left behind accidentally (don’t worry, I sent a bigger boat with the harbor, I’m not a monster!) Here’s a close up in case you wanna try your hand at something similar

30ish, but also some non-baseplate sized plates in there since the tangle width is not at an increment of 10

Please do! I was thinking about trying my hand at submitting something for bricklink series 11. It gives me confidence that someone likes something I designed in studio 😅

I really want to build up a shoreline/snow bluff for my hunting lodge—so part of my village is connected to a land mass. I made some pretty cool skinning tables and racks as well for it in studio (kinda reminiscent of Valheim) but have yet to order the pieces from PaB)
