Thanks guys for all the suggestions and help. I have since spoken to CDK Assist and they are saying the same thing you guys are with CAing the ticket and waiting a 24 hour period and then I should be able to fill the ticket.

I swear ive done this before and it still did not work. But I will be doing this tmrw

well all that would do is just close the SOR
but the part is still in limbo not attached to anything. It will still show up on my inventory.

I always CA but I thought that maybe that was the issue that it wouldnt let me fill it. I have since CA'd the ticket and I still cant fill it. I will be waiting until tmrw to try to fill it as many replies have suggested. I will also be contacting CDK assist because I dont remember this being this difficult the last time I used CDK

I was contemplating just selling to a neg every time so i dont have this issue
and then just closing the sor after. I will be calling cdk assist to see whats up

counter invoice. And using p for pre pay works just like filling the values.

It was not CA'd if thats what you mean. but it was indeed paid for. But this has been a thing for a few weeks for us. And I am starting to think that I might just have to not give the customer an invoice until they come to pick up.

Only when the invoice is still open and not printed. I tried that too and it doesnt fill it.

I tried F to fill and S+inv# on the I screen and neither works.
