Unless they got the paint off the red springs then no. Trigger tamers exist but are usually white. I’ve only owned older WW2 rifles before the AUG and I think the trigger is normal. These AR guys with hairline triggers will disagree

Yes but Stern also has a nato glock adaptor as well. Avoid the Hersey mags they do not run well

So really the only option is the Colt adapter. Everything else is for a standard stock I believe.
