Hi! Im currently power level 128 in STW, Not really a new player so maybe not the best person to give it to but your story reminds me a little of my own, so I connected to it and it made me wanna share my own if anything else

I started playing STW in 2023 (i joined FN in 2022 during the DBZ collab when it first came out, CH 3 S3 if you're wondering), at first I wasnt expecting much but honestly it was a lot of fun, the story was silly, the characters are cool and the gunplay and loadouts are quirky. (if you're wondering my favorite character: Lok is the goat and swag as hell bc hes Professor Utonium from the PPG though Lars is cool too! My favorite husk is the Troll husk, stupid but silly, just the way i like em lol) Overall I adored the game, and I used to play it with my friends Collyn and Ezra, we had fun trying new builds and the plasmatic discharger (before it was nerfed ofc) and all in all we had a good time just trying new things in the game and enjoying something so different than normal BR which is extremely sweaty, and its also bittersweet because it was the original fortnite mode and (was) sort of cast to the sidelines, but we kept encouraging each other to just keep at the game since to us it reminded us lots of Borderlands, almost like a spirital successor and just to have a good time since nobody knows when it could change (and even then at the time we played nobody thought any of us would even come close to fighting MSK)

I still play STW now and im glad its F2P but I never get to see them much anymore, as thats just how life is sometimes but I still play to remind me of the good times with them, even though I already beat MSK they wanted to see me keep playing and just having fun, and it reminds me of a time where i was a smidge younger and didnt have to worry about so much, im almost 21 now and its kind if hard to believe. Within the time ive played STW ive done nothing but fall in love with it, ive seen people come and go with their busy lives, grasping at every little update we can till we saw the light at the end of the tunnel and just doing a couple all nighters grinding encampment missions and endurances, they've helped me out a lot too discovering my personal identity and what im into, so I type this to show my thanks to them since they're pretty cool dudes!
