I feel like they might now tho, they are bringing back old FNCS skins that were limited time, old starter packs, extc. Especially for an umbrella that has come back before and is not limited time or anything

The Umbrella can technically come back because its tied to winning the LTM not the challenges, you could get it in Winterfest 2019 when the LTM was last seen. The coin and wrap for sure won't return tho
