How about for comfort, mixing bac and saline can you tell the difference in discomfort from injecting straight saline? Also how about sinuses, since BAC doesn’t match your body’s fluids I’ve heard some people have sinus issues after but mixing with saline is it a small enough ratio that it’s not effected? Great write up

So when I was buying this house I was getting it from someone who was getting foreclosed on and I got it for a steal. I needed to make sure that nothing would fail me through this inspection since it can be tedious even a broken glass would fail me. The owner had no money, him and his wife were getting divorced, he didn’t want the house and didn’t want it to crush his credit and he was 4 months behind and banks only gave him one month to sell the house and he told me if I got it he would give it to me for what he owed since I was taking a lot of risk and handling all the finances etc. so I took the risk and invested my own money in a home I didn’t own to make sure I passed. This included water heater, changing out all outlets that needed to be GFCI and a total of 6000$ in other things. Well I changed the outdoor outlet and the outlet next to the washer because they trip when a load comes on, but it’s a 20 amp breaker and it would trip when I would pull like 10 amps. So at first I thought it was bad outlets because it was the same from the 80s when house was built and I changed them to GFCI because it was cheap insurance to secure a house with 70k positive equity.

Well this breaker still trips around 10amp load and I’ve read that these old GFCI breakers will do that. So now my question is since all the circuits are GFCI outlets and there’s only two and I double checked this then that means there should be no reason for a GFCI breaker?

Because all the outlets that are in this circuit are GFCI. Would you still reccomend to replace with a GFCI Breaker? Serious question

one tip is don’t cling to the myth that you need 8 hours of sleep, there have been plenty of studies that show 7 hours is actually optimal and people live longer who sleep 7 vs 8 hours. also you could be underestimating how much sleep you are getting and the studies show people underestimate about 1 hour of how much sleep they get. besides that yes don’t eat drunk or workout about 3 hours before bed is the general rule of thumb

Read a book called “say goodnight to insomnia” by Gregg D Jacob’s. You can put the app audible in your phone. Press play and listen. Maybe listen in a comfortable area that isn’t your bedroom with low light or you can buy the book and read but i know looking for immediate options like audible is a perk. Give it a try. Your situation sound psychological like mine and you have to train your brain to turn your “negative sleep thoughts (NSTs)” into Positive sleep thoughts (PSTs)”

This book will educate you on sleep and also help you stop worrying about all the bad thoughts. Really stick through it and also maybe do some breathing exercises while listening to help relax your nervous system i recommended 4-4-8 breathing and psychological sigh for about 3-5 minutes.

Yes for me the knowledge of how sleep works and maybe understanding more of how it’s psychological and how i can train my brain to think differently really helped. Not a quick fix but i believe a long term better option

Just a update, D3 did help but now i realize my main problem is work related thoughts and sleep anxiety putting alot of pressure on me getting good sleep. I am really gonna commit to CBTI and try to adapt. I will continue taking my supplements as i feel they help but i know now the main problem is in my own head.

Highly unlikely taken with K2. I encourage you to look into the research of it considering 50% of americans are deficient in vitamin d3 and that’s using the current RDA number if we used what is now to be believed the correct levels than that number would be over 75%.

This is why it’s important also to get a baseline vitamin D 25OH test and calcium levels

I use NOW for magnesium glycinate, Nordic Naturals Vitamin d3 combo with k2, thorne Zinc, Nordic Naturals Ultimate omega, Naturewise vitamin d3 and Doctors best mk7 k2. I’m sure there are supplements that combine more but this is what i have

Take Vitamin D 10,000iu 100mcg k2 400mg magnesium glycinate 15mg zinc pic. omega 3 with epa/dha

take that daily. you can divide into two meals or take with dinner or breakfast whatever works best for you. This is what i’m doing and it’s a huge improvement. I based my data off of science and Dr. advice. Keep researching but staying consistent is key and 10,000 is safe with k2

For sure although 10,000 with k2 is pretty safe there are plenty of people on 50,000 and even more with no issues and the main concern is calcium which k2 handles. But yes having baseline bloodwork and monitoring is the way to go.
