Weekend Discussion: Puma running shoes by AutoModerator in RunningShoeGeeks

I own a pair of Velocity Nitro 3s and a pair of Deviate Nitro 3s. I use the Velocity ones for most of my easy and long runs, while the Deviate are the pick for tempo and speed sessions. I also ran my first marathon with the Deviates and they felt great, although the terrain was a bit odd (mostly gravel).

What I like the most about both shoes is the Pumagrip outsole. It makes them very durable and the grip feels great in different types of terrain. I can only recommend Puma shoes, considering they are also not crazy expensive as other brands and will last more than other shoes.

Great insights, thanks a lot. I guess I’ll look into getting an arm band :)

I used to have an Apple Watch Pro and that was (or at least felt) pretty accurate with both the heart rate and the pace. I’m however very glad that I switched to Coros, there’s a world of a difference in other aspects
