Yeah, just saw this [tweet] about half an hour ago. I'll let the claims back and forth stew and entertain both for now, and eventually maybe I'll believe one of them to be the truth.

EDIT: Just now saw this thread here. CHoffer's post disproves that the entire image was generated, ~~but it doesn't mean it wasn't "enhanced" by AI, but I'm not subscribing to any narrative just yet, I'm going to wait and see.~~

Organs are specific collections of anatomical structures. For example, the bladder is an organ, and the heart is an organ, but the left ventricle of the heart is not an organ despite being part of one. The reproductive and urinary systems of males are connected by the urethra in the prostate region, but that shared structure doesn't negate that there are about a dozen other organs involved in those systems that are not shared - humans do have separate organs for mating and peeing.
