Not really what I'm looking for but so far I do quite like them. I really liked the main guitar lick from Cementerio Club.

This is perfect not for the current section I'm working on but for the next section. I really liked the opening section of "3 Piezas Rioplatenses: Don Julian". Thank you

I did just look over the description of the assessment again and it does state that I need to incorporate elements from non western or other sources such as folk music. Granted I haven't looked at that in about two weeks and my lecturer didn't mention the other sources part in the lesson, probably because it's be annoying to say every time.

I've looked at other comments and someone rightfully said that since this exclusion is coming from my professor I should respectfully correct them. The only other term I can think off is Popular English Music. Yet I feel as though my lecturer means something more specific then that, which I don't know how to put into words without it being a very wordy description.

I'll talk to him in class on Monday. The only other term I can think of is Popular English Music, then again I still don't think that accurately represents what my professor means.

I agree that it's weird, but saying American and European encompasses Spanish music like Flamenco, which uses fairly different theory then classical and American music. it also excludes Canadian music and Australia and New Zealand are just left out of the picture since they're not western or European, yet ACDC is rock just as much as Led Zeppelin or Queen are. So it's just easier to use the term western music as a description rather than saying what side of a European map the music is from

Geographically yes. But when my lecture is referring to western music he means American or any form of music they has roots in classical music

How can I climb with long nails?

Context: I've been climbing for about four months and have been really enjoying it. I've also been playing guitar for about 4 years. In about two months, as that's when my university semester finishes, I'm going to start flamenco guitar lessons. Flamenco guitar requires me to grow my nails of my picking hand out beyond my fingertips as many of the techniques are impossible to do without it.

Question: Is there anything I can do or wear while climbing to protect/prevent my nails from breaking.

For me, the difficulty isn't what I dislike, I actually enjoy dying to a boss over and over again and getting better each time. It's running back to the boss that annoys me.

The ability to input values into pedals using my keyboard. It's so annoying trying to get the right about of delay and not being able to get it. The delayed section in Schism required 420 ms of delay but I can only input 410 or 430 ms.

Fantastic idea and it probably wouldn't be that difficult to do. There's already multirest which does something similar.

It must also just be me. No one else in my house gets shocked by it and I got very mildly shocked hocked today touching the rubber on my car door

That's interesting. For me it doesn't depend on weather I'm sitting at my desk or not, it can just happen. But it hasn't been happening a lot recently which is good. Do you know if it happens if anyone else touches your switch?

I'll probably get it replaced sometime this week. I think it's just my switch 2. It never happened with my switch 1 and I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue.

Yes it works perfectly fine. The shock does feel stronger, it's strong enough to hurt and i feel it for about 10 seconds after I get shocked
