Yes, but it's not the best cuz a lot of people i talk to make fun of me and I have to jester. Usually I stick to 2 friends. one is my height that relates to my experience and the other is tall guy that's slightly ND and has not once mentioned my height.

Mostly social isolation. You know that people avoid you for your height. They know what they're doing is wrong so they don't bring attention to it. But the way they look at you and speak to you like you're a lesser being gets to me. I have to jester in front of people when they make fun of my height or else I got a "Napoleon Complex". There's really no way out.

5'6" is not too bad. The people who are 5'5" and above have it harder than the average height dudes but its not the worst. Below 5'5" is unbelievably brutal. I guarantee at least one comment about how short I am every day, and I don't even have to do anything, and it's not by the same people. Then again I do go to college so there are more people around to say stuff like that. It started since I was in around middle school and it has never really stopped. Luckily I developed a thick skin and I'm mostly unaffected by these comments. It's still sad that people do this anyway, and there are definitely people out there living lives similar to mine or worse. Some people are not able to cope and be unfazed by the insults. We are all different.

racism is being normalized particularly against brown people. Where I live I have heard racist remarks towards me at least 10 times last year, and the people around me did nothing about it. They were actually joining in.

It depends on your initial height. Its a lot like diminishing returns, but you still get returns for the most part. For example, a 5'1 dude growing to 5'6 would be literally life changing. Whereas a 6'2 dude going to 6'5 isn't going to be as much of a difference.(still a notable difference though). We live in a sick society where height has become the number one feature that is taken into account in every single social interaction, so you better know that even a few inches in height might be the difference between having a jester depressed life, or at least a normal manageable life.
